These set of 3 images were published in Rivington Place in Shoreditch, Hackney. I was working along side St Martins University where they gave the opportunity to display my work within the gallery.
I focused my work on the idea of how we are often trapped within ourselves. We tend to wear a mask in our every day lives to conceal how we may feel. However, most of us experience dark moments in our lives. 1 in 4 individuals will experience depression in a year, but due to society we still feel as if we should keep these hidden despite it being common amongst us. We make our emotions invisible from the rest of the world, hidden and feeling trapped behind a mask.
